Sparc technologies, having recently acquired Australian Graphene Technology Solutions (GTS), has announced it’s graphene medical division with the intent of creating noninvasive disease detectors with graphene, according to Graphene Info.
These devices, intended to be used in human and veterinarian applications, sensing the breath of the patients, and detecting any diseases present.
Collaborating with their partner, the University of Adelaide, this project will utilize graphene’s properties and include the development and fabrication of lab-scale devices to work off of.
