Vaulta, an Australian company focusing on graphene-enhanced battery casing development, has recently come into an agreement with Quickstep, an Australian independent aerospace advanced composites manufacturer.
Vaulta founder Dominic Spooner believes that in conjunction with Quickstep’s market reach into the land and air electric vehicles market, Vaulta’s technologies regarding lightweight and powerful battery casings will help Quickstep enter this emerging market quickly and strongly.
These battery casings, intended to reduce waste and contain reusable parts, are made with a mixture of graphene and polymer, which all culminates in stronger, lighter, cheaper, and more conductive cases.
