With the intent of mapping battery cells, the GHS01AT Hall Effect sensor designed by Paragraf is optimized with the intent for use in low field environments and normal ambient temperatures. Its key features are its small size and ease of use and an enhanced amount of detailed information about the battery cell behavior. The nanolayer of graphene keeps its size down and makes it unaffected by stray electromagnetic fields, which would harm it’s accuracy.
With the intent to be used to measure information about batteries within EVs, these hall effect sensors can be used to detect oncoming failures of batteries and report these issues to the users. These have the potential to become staples of battery technologies within next-gen devices.
