Canuck Compounders is a Cambridge, Ontario-based company known for its plastic recycling, and its ability to provide sustainable and engineered recycled plastic compounds for use in transportation, building and construction, agriculture, and packaging markets.

NanoXplore has paid over CAD$7.3 million for the acquisition of Canuck Compounders, and so far this isn’t a deal that they regret. The goals of the two companies align perfectly and will be able to synergize well as they create new technology. Even William Dickinson, the CEO and founder of Canuck Compounders, believes that “Graphene from NanoXplore is highly complementary with our recycled plastic compounds to create innovative solutions like enhanced masterbatch and mixtures, while both management teams are dedicated to delivering best-in-class products across a broad number of growth industries.”
